Experienced Recruitment Consultants in Manchester - niche verticals and high value placementsI am speaking to a number of recruiters at the moment who are in sectors requiring high volume placements but many of these sectors either arent allowing for the high volume needed in order to bill well because of the pandemic, or the high volume is a constant race against time, meaning time off isnt time off and career fatigue sets in, making the consultant feel stagnated and a bit stuck.
