LGK17584Your chance to join this leading communications agency and take the lead on some truly engaging and creative projects!THE AGENCYHighly regarded and well established this events agency provides a full range of communications solutions from creative assets and branded programs to exhibitions, leadership meetings and both analog and digital communication platforms. With a broad range of services offerings covering live events production, virtual events, film production and interactive media as well as brand and corporate visual identity they work across the pharmaceutical and healthcare space. With an expansive and growing client list they work across a range of projects covering strategy, creative concept writing and campaign development, producing and delivering events including exhibitions, launch events, roadshows ad awards ceremonies to name a few.Having undergone a recent corporate rebrand, coupled with significant growth at the start of the year they are also have capabilities to deliver bespoke virtual events to their high profile clients.THE ROLEDue to continued growth there is now a need for an experienced Producer to come on board and take ownership of a number of projects and events across the year. Being responsible for all areas of client engagement and deliverables responsibilities will include:

  • Taking and interpreting client briefs
  • Understanding the messaging and objectives
  • Developing creative proposals that bring fresh and innovative ideas to content and engagement
  • Advising on production and technology to enhance events including VR, AR, gamification, apps etc
  • Client management and communication
  • Overseeing all elements of delivery including video, technical, graphics and digital
  • Working closely with internal teams
  • Management of pre-production scheduling, timelines, running orders etc.
  • Budget management
  • Onsite management / facilitating virtual events
    • THE CANDIDATECandidates must have a proven and extensive background of working as a Producer within a live event, production or communication agency and be confident managing the full process from taking and interpreting briefs through to full delivery. Candidates must have experience in developing creative proposals that focus on bringing a fresh perspective to content and engagement, as well as a having a strong understanding of technology and different communication platforms. An understanding of presentation content and the ability to turn this into engaging user experiences for face to face conference and events, exhibition activities etc is key. Experience of working within the healthcare / pharmaceutical sector would be preferred but is not essential for the role.
