Job Description

Are you looking for a job where no two days are the same Along with a fantastic earning potential Then look no further...Our client is a highly successful and thriving independent Estate Agency seeking an experienced Estate Agent to join their team.Working hours:

  • Monday - Thursday 9 am - 5:30 pm,
  • Friday 9 am - 5 pm,
  • Saturdays (1 in 3) 10 am - 4 pm
Salary/Package for the successful Estate Agent:
  • Basic £25,000 - £30,000
  • OTE £35,000 - £40,000
To be considered for the role of Estate Agent, you must have the following:
  • Property industry experience
  • Essential to have excellent knowledge of the property market including property trends
  • Must possess a full drivers license and have access to a vehicle for business purposes
  • A strong desire to be successful.
  • A passion for delivering excellent customer service.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
Estate Agent duties will include, but will not be limited to:
  • Writing Brochures
  • Floor plans
  • Video Tours
  • Drone photography
  • Social aspect
  • Liaising with clients
  • Dealing with a high-volume workload
