Job Description

Job Title: ERP Support AnalystLocation: Manchester, England, United KingdomSalary circa - £35kCompany Overview:CloudScope are working with a leading global supplier of ERP systems to retailers, manufacturers, and distributors. They provide world class ERP software solutions across globally. We are looking for a Support Analyst providing comprehensive support to theirexisting UK customer base. This role involves offering 1st, 2nd, and 3rd line support for ERP systems while also incorporating training, product testing, and customer relationship management.Responsibilities:

  • Provide telephone and remote support to customers, managing and prioritizing workload within SLA guidelines.
  • Develop customer-facing walkthroughs for repetitive support tasks.
  • Conduct thorough product testing on new and existing products, and document issues meticulously.
  • Deliver internal training on new areas of the Support Helpdesk system.
  • Demonstrate motivation in learning new modules and features, sharing knowledge within the support base.
  • Collaborate with teams to resolve project issues and provide guidance on support matters.
  • Work with the support desk manager to ensure customer expectations are met and opportunities are maximized.
Essential Skills:
  • Previous experience supporting end users within ERP systems.
  • Self-motivated with excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to interpret customer requirements and attention to detail.
  • Strong organizational abilities.
Desirable Skills:
  • WMS experience is a bonus.
  • Proficiency in tools like SQL, Crystal reporting, and VB Scripting is desirable.
  • Experience on an ERP Support/Help Desk.
  • Knowledge of SQL Databases for data querying and manipulation.
  • Competence with Crystal Reports/features and product testing methodologies.
  • Familiarity with Windows client and server operating systems.
