Job Description

  • ERP Project Manager
  • Up to £70k + 10% annual bonus
  • Manchester - Hybrid - 3 days remote/2 days in the office
An established and international workforce solutions provider within the energy, process and infrastructure industry is on the lookout for their next ERP Project Managerwhere you will beleadthe development, implementation, and administration of the organizations Microsoft Dynamics 365. Youwill help support data integrity and management, adhere to timely report distribution, and workin collaboration with other departments to help develop solutions to streamline and automate processes in an administrative capacityYou must possess well-rounded accounting knowledge and experience, along with strong inter-personal skills. Youwill lead this organization to achieving continued operational excellence and drive continuous improvement.Main Duties and responsibilities:
  • Possess a deep and expert understanding of system controls and assist in continuous improvement efforts to enhance performance and functionality
  • Assist in detailed functional testing of system implementations/upgrades/enhancements as they relate to finance and accounting
  • Responsible for the accuracy and data integrity of financial database systems, Dynamics 365 subledgers, general ledger
  • Provide in-house user education and support for issue resolution related to Dynamics 365
  • Develop and lead change management process for all requested system changes and enhancements which will include testing, data validation and communicating downtime to users
  • Support finance transformation initiatives through development of Dynamics 365
The following will be beneficial for this role:
  • Bachelors Degree in Finance or Accounting
  • 5+ years experience in job related role showing progressive growth in responsibilities
  • Knowledge of Dynamics 365 best practices
  • Experience in enabling Dynamics 365 modules and successful change management
  • Experience with managing Dynamics 365 vendor relationship and consultants to effectively execute initiatives
