ER Advisor Salary up to £40,000 Remote workAre you a HR professional that specialises in ERAre you self-motived and looking for a new remote roleAshley Kate HR are excited to be working with a healthcare client on their search for an ER Advisor to join their team. This is a remote role but occasional travel may be required in the North West/Yorkshire area. This role will provide advice to employeesand managers in the company on HR issues, employment law, and employee relation cases.The role: ·High volume of ER case work from initial query to closure - performance management, disciplinary, grievances, and absence management etc ·Develop guidance for employees on HR issues, employment law, and employee relations ·Keep up to date with employment law and provide tailored guidance ·Build relationships with stakeholders and coach them on HR issues ·Attend events and conferences to promote the company ·Undertake ad hoc project work ·Ensure compliance with ACAS guidelinesPerson specification ·CIPD Level 5 qualified or equivalent experience ·Previous experience in HR Advisor role ·Ability to influence stakeholders at all levels ·Excellent knowledge of current UK employment law ·HR experience in the following sectors are desirable for this role - Public sector, Not for Profit, membership organisationsBenefits ·30 days annual leave + bank holidays, volunteer days, company day ·All IT equipment provided ·Generous pension scheme ·Learning and Development opportunities ·Access to employee benefits platform including flexible benefits and discounts
