Job Description

Environmental Permits & Regulations Consultant - Flexible LocationPenguin Recruitment is proud to be representing a global leader who provide engineering and consultancy services to high-profile challenges and projects across the world! My client operates in more than 40 countries worldwide and has over 45,000 employeeswho work across a range of environmental teams including air quality, EIA, ecology, acoustics, geological, sustainability, environmental policy & many more.This role can be based our of the following locations: Bristol, Manchester, London, Leeds, Birmingham, Reading, Glasgow, Newcastle or Knutsford.My client is looking to expand their Compliance Team & you will be assisting them in undertaking the following duties:

  • Environmental Permit applications.
  • Environmental Risk Assessments.
  • Compliance audits and assessments.
  • Development of environmental management systems.
  • Working alongside clients and internal multi-discipline teams.
Requirements:
  • Relevant experience working in an Environmental Consultancy or Regulatory Body.
  • Experience in EIA Coordination, Permitting and/or environmental risk assessments.
  • Educated to degree level in an Environmental Sciences.
  • Excellent written and verbal commination skills.
