Job Title: Environmental CoordinatorSalary: £55,000 - £60,000Location: Multi location (Flexible) Reference: HB7882Our client is a leading food business who supply to a variety of the major retailers. As they continue to expand and grow their presence in the marketplace they are now seeking a driven and ambitious Environmental Coordinator to join their business.Reporting into the Group Head of Technical, this role is an excellent opportunity for a Food or Fresh Produce professional looking for their role upwards to join a well-respected food manufacturing company that supplies premium products to a number of retailers.Key responsibilities: * Environmental Leadership: Be the Environmental champion, driving the integration of Environmental and sustainable practices into the core of our business operations.* Compliance Assurance: Ensure compliance with all legal, Retailer, and internal standards across the entire business. Investigate and escalate any variations or trends within required standards, supporting sites in implementing permanent solutions to non-compliance.* Communication and Collaboration: Communicate effectively with the business regarding governance, incident escalation, and celebration of successes.
