Job Description

Environmental Consultant (EIA) - Remote RolePenguin Recruitment is excited to be working alongside a world leading engineering, environmental & technical services organisation in their search for a specialist Environmental Consultant to join the Environmental Impact Assessment team in a remote position.My client typically specialises in Environmental & Infrastructure projects within the Flood Risk and Water sectors & provides professional services to clients including Natural Resources Wales, Environment Agency, and Local Authorities. This role has the flexibilityto focus on my clients current flood risk framework or to support a wider project portfolio!Requirements:

  • A degree in an Environmental Sciences.
  • A sound knowledge of EIA with experience in writing and/or coordinator.
  • Working towards Chartership.
  • Consultancy experience.
Duties:
  • Managing consenting applications.
  • Managing all stages of EIAs including SEA, screening/scoping, Environmental Statement chapters and feasibility.
  • Supporting construction stage delivery.
  • Business development and tender support.
