Role: Entry Level/Graduate Recruitment Consultant (Graduate Scheme)Package: £22,000 - £24, 000 Basic + Uncapped Commission + Benefits (£45K OTE Year 1) (£60K Year 2) (£80K Year 3)Location: Central ManchesterThis is a unique opportunity to join our top Manchester client as an Entry Level Recruitment Consultant. Operating within the Tech Sales market, our client our world leaders in what they do. With offices in London, Manchester, Houston, Austin, Philadelphia,Tampa and San Diego, and plans to open many more, our client are growth at an immense rate, meaning huge opportunities for you!As an Entry Level Recruiter, you will receive world class training from our client. There is no micromanagement with our client, KPIs are non-existent in this office! The office culture is family feel and social, perfect for a recent graduate!The RoleThis is a sales role that will involve a large amount of business development & telephone work, speaking directly with clients across the world, working on assignments & headhunting candidates.You will manage your own workload whilst being overseen by a sector experienced manager.In this demanding & dynamic environment, we reward drive & initiative, & encourage you to take responsibility for your own success. Requirements
  • Must have a 2:1 University degree or 2 Years sales experience
