Job Description

The role:We are recruiting for an Enrolment Manager to effectively manage, supervise, monitor and support a team of Educational Advisor’s to ensure enrolment to learners and employers is professional and compliant and the learner and employer receive an enjoyable on boarding learning journey which positively promotes The Childcare Company / Impact Futures as a leading training provider.You will be required to support the Operations Director and Commercial Director in leading a highly motivated team of Educational Advisors.It will be your responsibility to carry out 121s with each Enrolment Advisors that is supportive, motivating and empowers them to deliver a positive outcome to their leads whilst meeting the company’s policies and procedures as well as being in line with Ofsted, ESFA and the Awarding Organisation. Escalating any concerns identified on a Educational Advisors performance or a Educational Advisors’ welfare to the Operations Directors.You will monitor and support the Educational Advisors to ensure on boarding calls are pre-planned, agreed with learner and employer and delivered professionally.You will use the data reporting system to prepare and use at the monthly 121s with the Educational Advisors to support them in meeting the required performance expectations.You will also be delivering weekly team huddles to communicate any developments/changes whilst supporting and motivating the team, and deliver monthly Team meetings to communicate any development and new processes.You will able required to have a working knowledge of legislation relating to yourself and all concerned that includes; Equality, Diversity and Inclusion, British Values, Safeguarding and Prevent.Ensure confidentiality of sensitive information in line with the Data Protection Act.Demonstrate commitment to equality of opportunity and any other anti-discriminatory practice.Carry out any other reasonable tasks as requested by the directors or line manager which relate to the work of the company.Experience required:

  • Possess excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Experience of enrolment and induction processes within the Apprenticeship and Skills sector
  • Experience of industry specific Software such as PICS (or similar) and Smart Assessor (or similar)
  • A proven track record of managing a high performing team
  • A proven track record of developing, implementing and managing new processes
  • Results and solutions driven
  • Be proficient in the Microsoft Office suite of programs.
  • A good understanding of the support needs and requirements of devolved workforce
