The Role The Engineering Support Analyst will be responsible for supporting the day to day running of the Engineering function and wider CTO group as required. Working directly for the Head of Engineering they will assist in the forward planning of tasks and resourcesin Engineering. What youll be doing Provide weekly reports on resource demands and profiles from the DCC resource management tool to the Head of Engineering. Producing, maintaining and tracking of high-level plans in relation to key Engineering deliverables and both new and ongoing DCC internal initiatives. Maintaining and updating the Engineering workflow as requested by Engineering Senior Management. Coordinating and collating various Engineering reportsworking with the Technical Delivery Manager, Technical Manager and Architecture Team Leads as well as Engineering senior management for upward reporting to the Director of Engineering and CTO. Raising resource requests as requested by Engineering Senior Management. Raising purchase orders and good receipts as requested by Engineering Senior Management. Diary management for Engineering Senior Management Liaising with external functions to provide assistance on behalf of Engineering in support of delivery. Supporting the Engineering and wider CTO team in various working groupscapturing minutes and actions and subsequently working with relevant teams to track and resolve these to conclusion. Administration of the Engineering document repository, ensuring configuration management and version control measures are met. Facilitating / organising the upskilling and training of the Engineering team members in specific areas as required. Supporting the onboarding of new CTO and Engineering team members. Skills & Experience: 2+ years experience in a programme or project related field (e.g., project co-ordinator, support / analyst) Self-starter with can do approach, able to work independently and as part of a team in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. Exceptional organisation skills, with the ability to prioritise across multiple conflicting demands. Strong communication both written and verbal and collaboration skillsability to work effectively across internal and external teams Demonstrable experience of working in an Engineering or Programme / Project environment within a technology and regulated industry. Competent in using Microsoft suite of tools including Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, SharePoint and working knowledge of MS Project Advanced Excel skills - ability to build and manage complex spreadsheets for management and analysis of information.
