Including any installation packages associated with new product programmes or technical guidance and training for products within the marketplace.The candidate isnt expected to know how to design an engine, but they need to have strong knowledge of engine installation. They will have strong theoretical understanding of engines and their associated systems such as the cooling, induction, after-treatment, and fuel. The candidate will also have knowledge of diesel engine filtration, noise reduction and heat dissipation systems. The candidate must have at least three years experience working within engine installation or associated systems, along with the relevant mechanical automotive degree qualification.The role will have some support responsibilities advising on typical engine installation problems such as overheating, noise, vibration, power issues and fuelling issues.The candidate must also have the following competencies:
