Job Description

Kingswood Group are pleased to be supporting a large professional services business with the recruitment of an Employment Policy Lead position on a 12 month contract basis.This role will be required to lead on the development of employment policy and strategy, working alongside HR colleagues, employee networks and partners to align to the culture and values of the business.You can be based in various major city locations such as Bristol, Liverpool, Manchester or Sheffield with hybrid working available however, attending the office twice a week will be essential.Responsibilities to include:Skills and experience required:

  • Exceptional stakeholder management, ability to build and maintain positive relationships with key stakeholders
  • Highly effective written communication skills; the ability to break down complex information and communicate simply across communications, policies and guides.
  • Exceptional presentation skills and Practice of leading, evolving and driving forward people related projects.
  • Collaborative and proactive in seeking opportunities to work with colleagues to co-create solutions that meet needs of multiple groups.
  • Expert understanding and grasp of how to operate within an environment of multiple HR policies and procedures
  • Good commercial awareness of the organisation and the challenges and opportunities it faces within the context of HR.
  • Ability to prioritise workload, be self-directed and have excellent attention to detail
