Job Description

EMEA Payroll Specialist - £50,000 + 12.5% Bonus - Pension match up to 20%- Manchester city Centre.Frazer Jones are delighted to be partnering with a leading name in financial services on the recruitment of a EMEA Payroll specialist on a permanent basis.Our client is seeking an individual with EMEA payroll exposure who is keen to take on a new challenge within a forward thinking organisation.Our client is offering hybrid working - 3 days per week required into the office.The Role:

  • Manage Payrolls from start to finish.
  • Respond to all payroll audit and information requests.
  • Liaise with external payroll vendors.
  • Maintain knowledge on all of the Companys payroll policies and regulations impacting payroll preparation.
  • Document and maintain all payroll processing controls.
  • Partner with global HR teams.
  • Initiate payroll projects that interface directly with the HR team and deliver time and process efficiencys.
  • Responsible for advising the HR team on new and upcoming legislation affecting payroll operations.
  • Provide guidance and support to more junior team members.
Skills & experience required:
  • EMEA Payroll exposure.
  • Strong exposure with payroll vendors.
  • Excel knowledge
  • Workday HR system exposure - not essential
  • ADP system knowledge - not essential
  • Strong communicator
