As a Barclays EMEA Agency Lead, you will act as a conduit between a borrower and its syndicate of lenders in all matters relating to facilities agreements, including as a security trustee. You will manage client portfolios with a high degree of complexity(both investment and non-investment grade) across multiple processes components. What will you be doing Leading, managing and developing the team by ensuring you meet financial and operational performance objectives by driving automation/productivity/efficiencies Leading the team to deliver performance consistent with our values, cultivating an environment which encourages employee engagement, teamwork and collaboration Managing the control environment effectively by employing appropriate governance of Risk, Control and Performance Indicators Leading a culture of optimisation and sustainability by enhancing the E2E customer journey and improving efficiency Ensuring delivery and embedding the key strategic direction and managing plans in a way that delivers business benefits and minimising any negative impact Be accountable for the performance management process including training and development and establishing performance standards for the team Identifying, developing and growing future talent What were looking for: Knowledge of the Data Protection Act, Consumer Credit, Companies Act, Insolvency Act, Financial Services Act, Money Laundering, KYC and confidentiality regulations Familiarity with internal IT systems across the lending ecosystem including: LISTT, GCIS, MOC, Intellimatch, INFoRM, Delphi, GPT, ACBS and Loan IQ Intelligent risk taker, someone who challenges the status quo and seeks best-in-class business and client focused outcomes with a keen focus on problem solving Skills that will help you in the role Experience of working in a similar global operational lead role Project and Change management disciplines with strong application of continuous improvement best practices Where will you be workingBased in our Manchester office, which is in the heart of the city centre.
