I am looking for an Email Marketing Manager on behalf of a business who are trying to drive engagement, conversion, and revenue. Email marketing will be new to this business, so their ideal candidate will be someone who can confidently get stuck in and canhit the ground running in this role. As the Email Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing compelling email strategies, optimising end-to-end customer journeys via email communication, and contributing to the growth of our clientsbusinesses.Responsibilities:- Email Strategy Development:* Formulate creative email marketing approaches that resonate with clients objectives, cater to their target demographics, and adhere to industry standards.* Comprehend the role of email marketing in an omnichannel strategy, crafting email plans that synchronize with and enhance broader organizational objectives.* Create segmentation plans to provide customized content and promotions to distinct customer groups.* Implement the right tone and branding for consistent alignment with clients brand identities.- Automation and Customer Journeys:* Establishing and executing automated email marketing initiatives to cultivate leads, welcome new customers, and elevate the overall customer experience.* Charting comprehensive customer journeys, taking into account touchpoints and chances for personalized interactions.- Campaign Creation and Content Writing:* Lead the creation of visually enticing and conversion-oriented email campaigns that boost engagement and conversions in partnership with our design department.* Craft compelling newsletter content to accomplish various objectives within the strategy, such as retention, value addition, and lead generation (with assistance from our content production executive).- Campaign Analysis and Optimisation:* Evaluate performance metrics of email campaigns and offer actionable insights to improve upcoming initiatives.* Execute A/B tests to optimize subject lines, content, and design elements, aiming for enhanced click-through rates and conversions.- Revenue Tracking and Reporting:* Track and report on the sales revenue derived from email marketing endeavors, illustrating the influence of campaigns on clients financial outcomes and confidently communicate these reports to clients.* Consistently distribute performance reports and insights to clients, highlighting the significance of email marketing initiatives.You would be joining a young, social team who work onsite in their modern office in Spinningfields in MCR City Centre.
