Job Description

Electrical Contracts Manager£28-30 phTemporary OngoingManchester / Home WorkingHamilton Woods Associates are currently recruiting on behalf of a social housing provider based in Manchester for an Electrical Contracts Manager.The post holder will sit within the Planned Investment team, managing the EICR contract. There is scope for the position to become permanent.Responsibilities of the Electrical Contracts Manager:

  • Managing the 5 year and 10 year EICR programme
  • Identifying issues within the contract and seeking appropriate resolutions
  • Liaising with contractors
  • Managing associated budgets
  • Ensuring the programme is delivered on time , to agreed quality standards and time frames
  • Providing technical knowledge when required
  • Collating and cross-referencing documentation surrounding the programme
Requirements of the Electrical Contracts Manager:
  • Knowledge of recent amendments to 18th Edition
  • Experience managing budgets
  • Experience liaising with contractors
  • Contract management experience
