Job Description

Our client are a fast growing ecommerce business.The business has ambitious plans to grow further and are now looking for an Ecommerce Marketing Assistant to join the team.The successful candidate will be assisting the Product & Marketing Manager to implement listings across multiple marketplaces in our home market and internationally as well as assisting with art work for new products using Adobe Creative Suite.Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure branded products (written content and imagery stock) are listed and optimised to the highest standards, conforming to the standards and regulations of each marketplace.
  • Assist with launching and managing products on Amazon, eBay, Shopify and other targeted marketplaces worldwide.
  • Work in accordance with the Company’s pre-defined requirements to ensure a consistent brand identity across all sales channels.
  • Create digital assets such as web banners and infographics to feature on marketplaces which will enhance the Brand’s visibility.
  • Monitor product listings alongside the Product & Marketing Manager to help produce reports to measure performance and make recommendations for change.
  • Conduct regular market research and competitor analysis to ensure our content is up with industry trends.
    • Skills and Experience
  • You will have at least 2 years experience within a similar function.
  • Experience of working on ecommerce marketplaces such as Amazon Seller Central, eBay Seller Hub and Shopify.
  • Must have a good working knowledge of Microsoft Office - specifically Excel, Word and Outlook.
  • Ability to create and produce creative artwork using Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop and Illustrator.
  • Knowledge of email campaign software such as Mailchimp would be advantageous.
  • Good written and verbal communication skills are essential
  • Proven organisational skills and the ability to work well under pressure and meet strict deadlines.
