Job Description

eCommerce Executive - Manchester - Up to £25,000Join this award-winning retail business ,who specialise in early years, as their eCommerce Executive.Our award-winning early-years retail client have gone from strength to strength, now being sold in-stores such as NEXT, Argos, Very, and Smyths Toy Store! They’re looking for a talented eCommerce Executive to join a fun and vibrant team with lots of excitingprojects planned for 2024!Level: ExecutiveThe eCommerce Executive will play a key role in supporting the eCommerce Manager in the management and growth of their Direct-to-Consumer (DTC) brands.Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with the eCommerce Manager to execute eCommerce strategies.
  • Assist in managing the daily operations of the eCommerce platforms.
  • Work closely with the eCommerce Manager to analyse market trends and implement strategies to enhance online sales and conversion rates.
  • Support marketing and sales teams in driving online traffic and revenue.
  • Contribute to planning and executing online promotions, campaigns, and merchandising.
  • Working closely with Customer Service to improve the CX across sites.
  • Utilise analytics to track performance and generate reports.
  • Collaborate with the creative team to optimise product & landing pages.
  • Monitor and analyse the customer journey.
What they’re looking for in you
  • Prior experience in eCommerce company or a similar role is a plus.
  • Proficient in Shopify and use of apps, Microsoft Clarity, and Excel. Preferrable.
  • Strong analytical skills to interpret data and contribute to informed decisions.
  • Detail-oriented with effective project management and organisational abilities.
  • Understanding of digital marketing strategies and tactics.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
