Job Description

eCommerce and Digital Executive12 monthsCoventry/WHOThe successful candidate will have the ability to support the day-to-day operation and on-going evolutions of the brand eCommerce and offers websites in the UK working within the Tri-brand Customer Management Office organisation. The candidate will also assist with the Business as usual updates to Citroen, Peugeot and DS Brand websites.

  • To be able to support all aspects of the eCommerce/ Offers content (including but not limited to the vehicle configuration vehicle specification and pricing, imagery and videos, process/ legal and financial copy) in close coordination with the key internal and external stakeholders (Sales, Marketing, Legal, Finance, Central Digital...)
  • To support the Concierge Team in the use of the different Back Office tools in their order fulfilment or lead nurturing.
  • To be fully involved in all updates/ projects relating to the eCommerce platforms either with internal teams or the appointed web/digital agencies. To work to ensure these projects are planned, prioritised and delivered to required functionality and budget for example by assisting in specification, testing and implementation.
  • To work proactively with the wider Customer Management Office team to build seamless customer journeys across the entire digital ecosystem from showroom, configured through eCommerce/ Offers to drive online/ offline sales or lead generation.
  • To assist with content build on Brand sites
  • To understand the data flows relating to the eCommerce platforms from both a technical and user-journey perspective.
  • To understand and work towards the agreed KPIs for the digital funnel.
  • To review internal websites to identify any issues or improvement opportunities.
  • To review competitors digital offerings to gain insight for bench-marking and best practice.
  • To use the tools available (e.g. Google Analytics/ Hotjar/ Sessioncam) to make informed decisions about how to prioritise work, e.g. which pages are more important than others which journey is most typical
  • Skills required:
  • "High level of Digital knowledge is essential
  • A good level of Google Analytics is essential
  • Exceptional attention to detail is essential
  • Excellent communication and relationship managements skills are essential.
  • Experience of project management skills is desirable
  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work under pressure in a fast moving environment
  • Understanding of Business Finance products and sales process an advantage"
