Job Description

We want to hear from Ecommerce Managers,Account Managers and Project Managers!Ecommerce Account Manager - Manchester (Remote or Hybrid) - Up to £38,000 - AgencyThis is an exciting opportunity for an Ecommerce professional to really have an impact on this renowned Manchester based agency! They offer flexible working so you can choose to work remotely or in their friendly office. The Ecommerce Account Manager willbe responsible for maintaining excellent relationships with the agencys clients and work with a variety of online retailers to help grow their business.Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and develop relationships with new/existing clients
  • Continuously identify client ecommerce growth opportunities
  • Create functional specifications by gathering relevant details of projects/tasks
  • Work effectively with account and project managers to help with developer workloads
  • Proactively identify opportunities to up-sell and cross-sell the agencies services
  • Create frequent client business reports
  • Introduce new products and services to new/existing client base
  • Ability to negotiate business renewals and contracts
  • Support new business pitches and processes
  • Deliver monthly retainer reports
  • Recognise any ineffective internal processes and provide necessary input on how to improve
The Perfect Candidate:
  • 3+ years digital account, project or ecommerce management experience
  • Previous experience with Magento or similar ecommerce platforms
  • Outstanding verbal, written and face-to-face communication skills
  • Ability to inform technical problems to non-technical people
  • Ability to prioritise workload with great attention to detail
  • Excellent organisational and problem-solving skills
  • Knowledge and understanding of paid marketing and Google Suite (Analytics, GTM etc.)
  • A people person who can communicate to all levels of the business and their clients
  • Experience with Jira or similar project management software (MS Project, Trello etc) is desirable
  • Based in the North-West
