Job Description

E-Commerce Account ManagerRemote working (UK)£30,000 - £45,000Do you want to be part of a small but fast growing businessWant to work remotely and have complete autonomyIf you are a confident marketing/e-commerce professional looking for a new challenge then please read on…As E-Commerce Account Manager you will be responsible for the day to day management, maintenance and commercial performance of the Amazon, eBay and E-Commerce channels for this retail business. The role reports into the Head of Sales and offers training in their brand new operating systems for which they have just invested to deal with their big growth plans.So what you will be doing

  • Driving company e-commerce growth through current channels including Amazon Vendor Central and Seller Central, eBay, Shopify & customer direct web sites.
  • Manage advertising budget and spend
  • Using channel analysis and insight to improve performance and drive sales
  • Excellent brand representation and product content through all channels including but not exclusive to; images, enhanced content, keywords, local language translation, advertising campaigns etc.
  • Manage and update online product catalogues, including setting up new products, promotional items, pricing and maintenance of product and category pages
  • Drive category conversion, revenue, profit through SKU and Attribute display accuracy
  • Monitor and report weekly sales performance and analytics across multiple platforms in excel.
  • Support key product launches and product attributes specifically SKU set up and product detail page content to drive online sales
    • Wed love to meet someone with:
  • E-Commerce Account Management experience
  • Experience in Amazon compliance
  • Full and recent working knowledge of Amazon Vendor Central / Seller Central is desired but not essential
  • Knowledge of Brand Registry portal (desired but not essential)
  • Previous knowledge of managing eBay & Shopify (desired but not essential)
