Job Description

Working across homes within the North West region. But we’re not stopping there: our mission is to provide thebest possible person-centred care to elderly and vulnerable people, so we’re growing and improving our services.Due to Barchester’s successful growth, we have invested in several new systems to be implemented across the business that will support every colleague across all our services to help improve resident and patient experience.The E-Care implementer will support the national implementation of the E-care projects working collaboratively with our teams to ensure that the projects meet the strategic objectives and organisational agenda which is sustainable, supports quality and productivity.The role will be supported by the Regional Clinical Development Nurses and the National E-Care implementer lead. You will follow the prepared schedule for each home including the preparatory engagement, supporting training and transposing of care plans andsupporting homes through the ‘go-live’ period into business as usual. Travel is frequent across the Divisions supporting all homes within aligned regions.£38,000 + car allowance.
