Job Description

Job DescriptionThis is an exciting opportunity for the right individual to join MS Gold Partner company at a time of rapid growth and success and make a real difference on significant long-term projects.Our functional consultants collaborate with clients and developers to identify, explain, design and implement the right solutions and processes for our clients. Working as subject matter experts and trusted advisors in everything Microsoft Dynamics 365 related,our functional Consultants can advise clients in business terms about how to transform their business in line with the capabilities of Microsoft Dynamics 365 and are able to translate it into the technical requirements for our Dynamics 365 developers workingto implement the solution.Role & Responsibilities

  • Leading or participating in business discovery and requirements sessions with key stakeholders, gathering and documenting business processes and requirements for the system.
  • Analyse the clients business, developing an understanding of their business objectives, and identify efficient ways CRM will add value to their business.
  • Generate estimates for implementation tasks.
  • Assist the PMO team with Planning and executing the implementation of CRM, providing regular progress updates to the client.
  • Configuration and Customisation of Dynamics 365 and the Power Platform
  • Conduct solution testing and assist the client with user acceptance testing
  • Proactively lead with best practices throughout the system implementation
  • Inspire and guide new and existing clients on the integration and use of CRM and CRM updates
  • Plan and execute data migration activities including the build of data migration profiles
  • Run training workshops to introduce CRM to employees on client sites.
Skills & Qualifications
  • Strong Microsoft Dynamics CRM product experience
  • Ideally with Dynamics 365 and Knowledge of CRM usage in Browsers, Outlook, Tablet and Mobile Applications.
  • Experience in working full project life cycles
  • Experience in implementing the latest version on Dynamics CRM / 365
  • Experience in working different levels of projects, ranging from End User projects, to Microsoft Partner projects.
  • Experience in gathering requirements, and dealing with different levels of Stakeholders
  • Good Knowledge and understanding of writing specifications
  • Knowledge of JavaScript/ Jira
  • Excellent knowledge and experience of Customisation and Configuration (Dynamics)
