Are you a Dual-Skilled (Electrically Biased) Fitter and want to be part of high profile Rolling Stock Maintenance Project in Manchester Then please read on...Rullion are looking for qualified electrical/mechanical fitters to be part of a long term project, ending September 2021.Umbrella Rates are as follows:First 12 Weeks:Shifts (Days & Nights)= £20.55 per hourPost 12 Weeks:Shifts (Days & Nights) = £21.46 per hour£1.00 per hour retainer payment is payable on completion of project (subject to terms and conditions).Duties include:Designated Person for Protection duties.Fuelling and system top up. (if required)General depot duties e.g.: Line of Routes.Primary fault finding/reporting.Basic maintenance competency e.g.: side skirt cleans, brake pads, block changes etc.Locomotive service exams.Depot cleaning/general housekeeping (This will have no impact on Cleaners headcount).Driving company vehicles if certified.Taking of fuel meter readings off rail vehicles.CMS logbook to be updated accordingly.Mentoring others as and when required.Nominated person as required.Additional training for future similar roles/types of equipment.Corrective and preventative maintenance (Electrical or Mechanical, Coach Repairing & Plumbing).Depot or fleet specific requirements where required:To be Authorised person where requiredWorkshop repairsHotel standardsUnderstand and abide by safety notices, rules & regulations and follow safe working practices, H&SAWA and COSHH.Our client operates to strict Drugs & Alcohol policies and therefore you will be subject to testing if successful.Please apply and contact Julian Elmore for further information.Rullion celebrates and supports diversity and is committed to ensuring equal opportunities for both employees and applicants.
