Job Description

Developer| Award-Winning Legal Firm |Remote |Up to£65,000 DOEDo you wish to use your talents as a Full Stack Developer and add your own unique touch to the apps being createdWe have a fantastic chance for you to work with a renowned UK legal services firm that is expanding and using the most cutting-edge business technology, including Microsoft Azure and the Blazor Framework.As a business, they are dedicated to offering the greatest help and guidance for a wide range of legal requirements spanning numerous industries, from family to business.As the Senior Developer youwill work on developing web applications from scratch and also be involved in;

  • Working in collaboration with 5-10 developers (depending on the project you are working ontheres quite a few going on) on designing, developing, and maintaining both new and existing code development using JavaScript, HTML, and CSS, C# and ASP.NET
  • Windows services, and ADO.NET for data persistence and retrieval
  • Write readable, extensible, testable code, while being mindful of performance requirements
  • Building web APIs and messaging systems
  • Developing cloud systemstransforming the business from offering standard enterprise applications and development to bringing their entire processes onto the cloud (Azure)
  • Mentor and develop junior developers in the team
  • Maintaining, and running unit tests for both new and existing codethey believe in testing!
Experience:
  • 5+ years commercial experience as C# / .NET developer
  • SQL Server
  • HTML. CSS
  • Familiarity with working in an agile development environment
  • A demonstrable track record of delivery in a complex environment
  • Strong visual design skills used in creating applications, reports, and dashboards
  • Experience working on multiple enterprise projects
Beneficial(but by no means essential) to have:
  • Azure Cloud development
  • Blazor
  • NServiceBus.
  • ASP.Net Web API
  • Entity Framework
  • JavaScript (React or other frameworks not necessary)
  • Scrum/Agile
  • Experience working in the legal industry.
