Further career progression to Partner is available.THE COMPANYAn established and renowned small and mid-market M&A / Corporate Finance practice with a proven track record in handling M&A (sell-side and buy-side), MBO / VIMBO and Fund Raising transactions up to c.£50m EV.THE OPPORTUNITYA unique opportunity to join an established M&A / Corporate Finance Practice and play a key role in executing a broad range of small and mid-market transactions and driving the future growth of the firm. Corporate Finance deal work will involve acting on behalf of Entrepreneurs, SMEs and Mid-Market Corporates seeking sale / exit and growth through acquisitions or PE buyout / Trade sale.As a senior member of a small experienced team you will have the opportunity to act as Lead Advisor on deals and to develop your profile and reputation within the North West business community. Ultimately your progression to Partner will be as a result of your skills in executing transactions and originating and generating deal work.As Director your responsibilities will include:
