Digital Transformation Consultant - Public SectorBrief Summary

  • Permanent Digital Transformation consulting role aligned to the public sector.
  • Desirable skills: Project Delivery, IT operating model design, People change, culture and behaviour change, organisation transformation, technology enabled change (Cloud, ERP), stakeholder management, Agile, workshops facilitation, user-centered design
  • This role is ideal for someone with 2-7 years of digital transformation experience in the public sector who is looking to join an elite consulting organisation with a rich history of public sector consulting
  • Current SC clearance or DV Clearance is required.

  • Working with stakeholders to define requirements and understand their as is’ and to be’ states.
  • Provide recommendations utilising your experience and the tools/technology at your disposal
  • Helping to transition clients away from legacy systems to modern technology environments by preparing the organisation and employees for change
  • Developing communications and training plans
  • Use data analytics to demonstrate benefits realisation
  • Honing processes
  • Building and maintaining client relationships
  • Supporting the management of the engagement lifecycle
    • Requirements
  • At least two years of Digital Transformation# experience, ideally in a client facing environment
  • Experience in a rapidly changing environment, in which the size and scope of projects can change
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Passion for the public sector
