Where people are exploring possibilities, leveraging their potential, owning their personal development and growing lasting careers.What does the role involveAs a digital marketing specialist at Hilti, you will be responsible for managing our social media strategy and community management, owning engagement marketing workflows and driving digital adoption activities for GB.Responsibilities will include:*Managing GB Digital Marketing channels, approach and roadmap*Owning local Engagement Marketing Workflows & Leads*Owning local email, webshop, online content, services and user experience (Ux)*Local execution of the social media strategy; Hilti Live, Influencer Marketing, Social Selling, Social Customer Service, User Generated content, Small Customer Approach*Social Media Community Management for GB*Optimisation of Digital Marketing approaches *Leading on the production of local social media assets*Acting as local SEO Specialist / Consultant*Managing GB digital marketing campaigns*Driving GB digital adoption through tactical activities and campaignsWhat do we offerWe really value our people and weve worked hard to develop a reward package that reflects this.   • A good understanding of full Digital Marketing mix; Analytics, eCommerce, Search, Email, Social, Influencer, Online PR, Marketing Automation, Content Marketing
  • An understanding of omni-channel business model and key stakeholders an advantage.
  • Ability to create a vision and set clear, structured and ambitious targets to achieve it
  • Work in an agile manner with changing priorities, focussing on the ones that generate most business impact
  • Work with team to understand and efficiently manage interdependencies in content mangement processes
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent verbal and written communications skills
  • Ability to manage varying workloads and tight deadlines within a team environment
  • Strong customer service orientation
