They have a successful global team who all work remotely and all have one common trait, they are driven by a desire to make lasting change in their industry.What you’ll be likeOur client is looking for a strategic Digital Marketing Manager who is able to develop and implement a holistic b2b digital strategy. Some who can drive cost leads for the business through the implementation of a savvy digital strategy tailored to their niche.They will utilise Paid Search, Organic SEO, Email Marketing and oversee the end to end sales funnel from an optimisation perspective. Providing weekly reports on performance to senior management on the core KPI’s which will be pivot in guiding the overarching growth strategy of the business.You will have full responsibility to drive the digital strategy with the support of the wider marketing and creative team as well as development.Role Objectives

  • Drive cost effective leads to the business through the delivery of a holistic b2b digital marketing strategy.
  • Manage daily reporting on performance across all digital channels, provide insight and feedback to the wider business.
  • Set out digital strategy for the digital marketing team and external resource to deliver. Providing hands on support where needed.
  • Ensure the business at the front of the market and update with the latest trends in digital and utilising the most effective martech’ suitable for the scale of the business.
  • Define core metrics in which the business will measure campaign success.
  • Manage and develop team setting out daily workflows and development plans to upskill them.
  • Set out digital roadmap for the business identifying key channels and resource, required to execute strategy
  • Manage relationships with external agencies and resource to ensure a strong ROI is maintained.
  • Key Skills and experience
  • B2B marketing strategy experience
  • Experience reporting and managing budget working closely with Senior Management and stakeholders of the business.
  • Experience managing a team of at least 3-4
  • Experience developing strategy for Paid Media (PPC, Paid Social (Linkedin Ads), Display and Retargeting)
  • Understanding of the fundamentals of SEO
  • B2b CRM and Email Marketing strategy
  • Campaign Management reporting on core KPI’s and leading on optimisation
  • Digital Responsibilities and skills
  • Paid Media Strategy - Must have experience managing the delivery of a budget and ensure a strong ROI is maintained. The right person will need to understand what digital levers to optimise in order to improve the conversions along sales funnel and maximise the ROI on traffic driven by Paid Media. This should include a knowledge across PPC, Paid Social (Linkedin Ads), Display and Retargeting.
  • CRM and Email Marketing - Oversee the introduction and development of a comprehensive b2b comms strategy. Which is used to utilised to set up and execute effective campaigns. You will identify the key touch points of the business and implement suitable communication strategies to engage and convert customers. You will be responsible for the maintenance and growth of the companies database of customers ensure GDPR rules are upheld. This will involve working closely with your brand and content team to plan and refine the creative output.
  • Website Performance - You will lead on the introduction of digital best practices and the use of lead technologies within the digital industry to track, measure and optimise the performance of the website. Leading on the implementation of testing, CRO techniques to improve conversions. This will involve working with the web, content and creative team to produce varied content.
  • Content Marketing - Working closely with the Head of Marketing you will provide insight around performance and industry trends that will steer future content the brand team produce.
  • SEO - You will required to gain an in depth understand of our clients sector and will be able to steer the businesses SEO strategy. This will involve working closely with the internal content teams, external digital PR and dev resource too. The long term objective will be to rank well for all relevant search terms within their sector.
