Job Description

This is an exciting opportunity to join a growing company based in Manchester.You will be responsible for developing the UK Digital Strategy and managing the digital activity across Paid Media, SEO and CRO.You will also work closely on driving the CMS Platform (Sitecore) development, in collaboration with the global digital teams and the development agency.You will be responsible for planning, creating and executing integrated digital campaigns in support of multiple brands and calendars.Analytics is important to this role, so having a strong competency and understanding of data analysis is a must.You will work closely with the wider marketing team, especially the Brand teams, to ensure all online activity is aligned with brand campaign calendars, objectives and drives highly qualified leads and bookings.We are looking for an enthusiastic, commercially focused and highly motivated individual with previous experience in a similar position and the ability to work in a fast-paced environmentResponsibilities

  • Ownership of UK Digital Marketing Strategy
  • Plan and deliver all digital brand campaign activity
  • Plan and execute all digital marketing including Paid Media, SEO and CRO
  • Working closely with and manage the digital agency
  • Leadership and development of the UK/EMEA digital team
  • Management of UK digital budgets
  • Measure and report on the performance of all digital marketing activities
  • Carry out regular competitor analysis, proactively offering suggestions to improve position in the digital marketplace
Experience and Skills Required
  • Educated to degree level, preferably in a marketing/digital related discipline
  • At least 3 years previous experience of acquisition marketing: PPC, SEO, Social Media
  • Work to budgetary constraints and maximize ROI / CPC
  • The ability to work under pressure, across multiple brands / campaigns at once
  • Strong organization and planning skills
  • Experience of working within a CMS environment
  • Ability to analyze and interpret data, delivering insights in a clear and concise manner (GA and Google Data Studio, or similar)
  • Multiple Agency management experience
  • Experience with optimization tools including VWO, Google Optimise, Optimizely, Hotjar and Unbounce
  • A solid understanding of SEO principles and platforms (Google Search Console)
  • Knowledge of agile project management tools such as Jira, Pivotal Tracker, Trello, Basecamp
  • A strong understanding of HTML and CSS, and digital infrastructure and technology stacks.
  • A basic-intermediate grasp of developer diagnostic tools such as Chrome Developer Tools
