Job Description

Our client are a fast growing ecommerce business.RoleAre you a Digital Marketing Manager who is looking for their next career move to step up to a wider online acquisition role.The Digital Marketing Manager will be responsible for strategy and management of online marketing acquisition strategy across all Paid Search, Organic Search, Affiliates, Remarketing, Display Advertising and Social channels. You will be leading the digital acquisition to ensure that marketing efficiencies are achieved and to develop the ongoing strategy for how to drive traffic and convert into customers.Responsibilities

  • Paid Search - be a master of Paid Search and Shopping across Google and Bing. Introduce and manage automation to deliver revenue growth as well as better ROAS.
  • Affiliates - don’t be a discount bee! Have strong relationship with affiliates and network to drive growth by lowering Cost of Sale (% CoS) and deliver targeted blended margin.
  • Organic Search - have good understanding of SEO principles and be able to drive growth by working specialist resource.
  • Remarketing - retarget with right marketing messages to consumers already visiting websites and encourage them to take the appropriate actions.
  • Display - be able to introduce display channel across both brands and target consumers at the start of their buying journey and pushing more consumers into the bottom of the funnel.
  • Paid Social - be able to grow paid social by targeting people with engaging content as per social channel audiences.
  • Budget Management - take full responsibility of weekly and monthly budgets. You should be able to make decisions to adjust spend depending on channel as well as overall business performance.
  • Skills
  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience in creating, managing and reviewing a variety of paid campaigns
  • Have good understanding of Affiliates and SEO channels - a must have for this role
  • Confident in solely managing budgets and providing accurate monthly spend forecasts
  • Excellent hands on experience across AdWords and Microsoft Ads (Bing) platforms
  • Commercially minded and be completely data-driven
  • Excellent knowledge of Google Analytics, Microsoft Excel with strong numerical and analytical skills
  • Highly organised and able to manage multiple workflows, prioritising work as required
