Our customers enjoy working with ESL, safe in the knowledge that we work extremely hard and always go theextra mile for your business.Our office is in Manchester on Carnarvon Street near the Printworks, and we have warehouses in Manchester, Holland and the USA.Digital Marketing LeadAs the Digital Marketing Lead you will drive the lead acquisition of new Customers for the Sales Team and onsite conversions. You will act as the Product owner of the CRM - across functionality, automation rules, and content i.e., Emails / SMS)Key Responsibilities for the role of the Digital Marketing Lead Build an online audience for the companies brands/products Helps source and manage third-party marketing services to support ESL campaign activityProduces content in collaboration with creative and technical staff to deliver innovative narratives and campaigns across different digital marketing channels and ESL websitesProvides reporting and insights to businesses on the effectiveness of digital marketing channelsResponsible for maintaining the ESL marketing calendar in conjunction with Sales and Business Development Responsible for the enrichment of customer data to support segmentation for reporting and marketing personalisationOwns the maintenance and growth of email databases in conjunction with Sales (schema-less content) Responsible for the setup of marketing campaigns both manual and automaticOwns the automation rules and setup of any communication out to customers from our systems Managing e-mail lifecycle campaigns from acquisition, through to conversion, retention and reactivationCoordinates with business in the definition of personalisation as it pertains to marketing content and influences overall strategy and implementation Manages our email marketing channel including email deliverability Any other responsibilities a laid out by the Head of EcommercePerson specification- Digital Marketing LeadCo-operative, Organised, Passionate, Detail OrientatedAdvantageous but not essential; Excel wizard Experienced in achieving GDPR compliance and data protection governance across borders Experiences with Power BI or other business intelligence tools Knows SQLKnows HTML/CSS
