Job Description

Role Summary:Reporting to the Digital Marketing Manager, you will support with the strategy and implementation across all digital marketing channels across the UK and International sites. You will play an essential role in developing and strengthening the brand’s globally presence and profitability moving forward. Not only will you be responsible for executing strategy as directed but pushing forward new initiatives and ideas are encouraged.The Company:Established in 2007, Club L London has fast become the go-to online destination for the confident, glamorous, fashion-savvy woman in search of that something extra special.Since our re brand 18 months ago, the company has enjoyed exponential global sales growth, launched sites in both the US and AUS. Show us who you are, join the team now!Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities:

  • Support Digital Marketing Manager with planning and executing campaigns across all digital channels in the UK, US and international territories.
  • Liaising with our marketing agency on strategy, planning and reporting of PPC, SEO, Paid Social and retargeting for UK and overseas campaigns.
  • Assisting with the planning, briefing and executions of emails- including reporting on performance
  • Supporting with daily, weekly and monthly reports. Reporting on sales and key performance metrics.
  • Managing our affiliate network and the day to day campaign activities, monitoring their performance and return on investment. Whilst working closely with the Digital Marketing Manager to put a strategy in place and grow the channel.
  • With the support of Digital Marketing Manager manage any 3rd party collaborations.
  • Taking ownership of our Student Programme- working closely with Unidays, Students beans and helping to identify any new opportunities.
  • Working closely with all internal teams to ensure campaigns are executed to the highest level.
  • Assisting with SEO strategy and heading up a new SEO outreach programme.
  • Supporting with customer acquisitions strategy, researching and suggesting new opportunities across all territories.
    • The Person:
  • You will have an understanding of ALL digital marketing channels and excel in one or two areas; CRM, Paid Social, Affiliates, PPC and SEO
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Experience with AWIN is advantageous but not essential
  • Ideally 2+ years’ experience in a similar fast paced fashion environment
  • Highly organised and able to multi-task several projects at any one time.
  • Good understanding of the target market and current market state
  • Ambitious character who is always striving for success and expanding their skill set
  • Good communicator
  • Good time management skills
  • Able to establish and sustain strong working relationships
