Digital ManagerNorth WestFull Time - 37.5 Hours Per Week, office based 8am-4pm, on-site parking. Flexible with WFH a couple of times a month. Salary: Up to early £40s DOEAn exciting opportunity has arisen with our friends at a recognised sports organisation for an experienced Digital Manager (with an interest in sports) to join their team. This is a B2B and B2C environment. We are looking for an ambitious and passionate individual to join their growing commercial team. This individual will help them create excellent customer engagement with their fans via the website and social media marketing. The Role:*Digital Platform Management*Data Analysis and Reporting*Knowledge of Email merge tags and automations.*Ownership of ticketing and memberships*Customer Relationship Management for the Commercial Team*Lead Content Management for the Club Website*Manage CRM for Ticket Sales*Track Performance via Google Analytics and Data StudioYou:*Solid experience in client-side or agency digital role*Great knowledge of digital/social media analytics*Proven track record of maintain a website *Experience managing marketing campaigns via social media*Comfortable working with a range of digital marketing tools including content management systems, ESPs and form building tools.*Microsoft Excel Confident (XLOOKUP, VLOOKUP, Pivot-tables)*ROI and KPIs*Knowledge of HTML, CSS, APIs and SEO principles *Understanding of Data Protection Laws*Excellent communication skills with a high attention to detail*Ability to build strong working relationships*Used to working in a fast-paced environment*Sports Industry Experience (Desired)*Experience in Organic and Paid Search.
