Digital Analyst - £65,000Manchester - Hybrid (2 days a week in the office)

We are looking for a driven, enthusiastic and outcome focused individual who will be responsible for Digital data integrity, accessibility and literacy across the business, as well the deliveryof digital analytics projects. You will be accountable for empowering data-driven decisions through gleaning actionable insights from our digital data.Role & Responsibilities:

• Enable data-driven decisions and strategies by maximising the value of digital data & analytics across the business
• Own digital data and analytics for the companys website and apps, including responsibility for our tag management, event tracking and web/app data layer
• Drive the roadmap and strategy for digital data collection and management, with a constant focus on ensuring high data integrity for our digital data assets
• Provide actionable insights to our growth teams, helping us to optimise conversion rates, better understand user behaviour and maximise our digital marketing efforts
• Provide accurate measurement and product insights to the digital product team, helping identify opportunities and bottlenecks in the user journey
• Support with our A/B testing design and execution, as well as our broader conversion rate optimisation strategy and initiatives
• Work with third parties
• Ensure digital metrics and KPIs are well defined and understood across the business
• Build and manage relationships with key stakeholders across the growth, digital product and tech teams
• Enable self-serve of digital insights, empowering stakeholders with core reporting as well as the ability to answer key business questions through self-serve solutions
• Upskill key stakeholders in their data literacy regarding digital data
• Collaborate with your peers in the Data team to triage data requests and issues and deliver appropriate solutions
• Support in shaping the Data & Analytics roadmap, effectively balancing long term strategic priorities alongside short term tactical deliverables

Skills & Experience:

• Prior experience in a digital, web or product analyst role
• Proven ability to deliver tangible ROI through digital/product analytics (including extracting insights, enabling CRO and A/B testing)
• Experience of working with Google Analytics and GTM, as well as other product analytics platforms (e.g. amplitude, mixpanel, contentsquare)
• Experience using A/B testing platforms as well as designing effective A/B testing approaches
• Highly driven and enthusiastic with excellent stakeholder management skills
• Commercially savvy, with a focus on ROI from analytics
• Able to effectively scope business requirements into outcome focused solutions.
• Able to identify problems, opportunities and solutions collaboratively
• Comfortable working with large, complex data sets and applying analytics techniques and code languages (such as SQL/Python) to extract actionable insights and surface opportunities for growth
• Excellent communication; adept at simplifying complex data concepts and telling engaging stories.
• Growth mindset with resilience and adaptability, obsessed with learning and self-development
• Experience using BI tools (e.g. Tableau, Power BI, Looker, ThoughtSpot).
• A data literacy champion, able to educate and up skill business users to improve their data literacy
• Recognise the importance of data management practices, data governance and documentation, ensuring it is considered in their day-to-day work
• Familiar with Agile methodologies
