Heres your chance to join a thriving retail group as their new Digital Acquisition Lead!Over the last 18 months weve been helping them grow out a new digital team and theyve already secured some fantastic talent. This role is the latest in their roadmap, to be followed by a PPC Exec and Assistant, and a Paid Social Exec to report in to themnext month.Reporting to the Head of Digital, the Digital Acquisition Lead will manage and own the digital acquisition channels for multiple brands, taking full responsibility for the transition from agency managed to in-house managed.Own the overall performance, adopting a media neutral and brand neutral approach. The successful candidate must be well versed in DDA and be highly analytical and capable of executing advanced PPC techniques to effectively grow and nurture the channels atscale.The role requires previous hands-on ecommerce experience of managing PPC accounts, bid management, campaign creation and performance analysis. Experience managing teams running paid social campaigns too is required. The role comes with line management responsibility.The digital department are responsible for the digital performance and user experience for multiple websites. The team plays a key part in delivering business growth.About you:
