Ensure as part of the process all design risks and HAZIDS are identified and controlledand ensuring full compliance with current Health and Safety legislation.</span></span></li> <li style="line-height: normal; margin-bottom: 0cm;"><span><span style="font-family: Arial, sans-serif;">Ensures quality and consistency by carrying out functionaltesting during the Factory Acceptance Testing (FAT) phase with the client.</span></span></li> <li style="line-height: normal; margin-bottom: 0cm;"><span><span style="font-family: Arial, sans-serif;">Assists in mentoring new members of the engineering department.</span></span></li><li style="line-height: normal; margin-bottom: 0cm;"><span><span style="font-family: Arial, sans-serif;">Maintaining consistency of design on each contract by adherence to processes and procedures.</span></span></li> <li style="line-height: normal; margin-bottom:0cm;"><span><span style="font-family: Arial, sans-serif;">Attends Technical meetings with the client as and when required.</span></span></li> <li style="line-height: normal; margin-bottom: 0cm;"><span><
