Are you an experienced Design Manager who is looking for the next step in your career This is a great opportunity to join an established construction company who have a healthy order book for the future, with plenty of opportunity to progress your career. They work on a variety of projects valued in excess of £100m in the residential, retail, MOJ, healthcare and education sectors, working on new build and refurbishment contracts as well as multi million pound frameworks. The role - Design ManagerAs a Design Manager you will manage the development and implementation of the design processes for the project and will require a passion for first class delivery, implementing best practice and continuous improvement. The role will be working closely with the Regional Director on a large scale construction projects within the retail, MOJ and healthcare sectors. As a Design Manager you will work collaboratively with our industry specialists and in-house technical experts to ensure that the design develops in accordance with the brief. with a firm focus on added value, compliance, commercial viability, and best practice.
