Due to their impressive order book and new commercial refurbishment project, the company are looking for an ambitiousDesign Manager to join the team.In this role, you will be on site, coordinating all design processes for a large commercial refurbishment project. You will be involved in activities including but not limited to; understanding client requirements from their brief and business processes,identifying and mitigating design risks, working with the tender team to develop the Contractors Proposals document, ensuring commercially advantageous decisions are being made and maintaining the document process control.Therefore, this role would ideally suit a Design Manager with experience leading large construction projects, looking to join a company with ample opportunities to progress, in a role where you will autonomously handle the design coordination of technicallychallenging and diverse projects.
