Depot / Ops Manager

Job Description

Our client is looking for a Depot / Ops Manager for their MRF facility. The core requirements is finding someone who has a strong background in the waste management industry with the ability to perform a hands-on management role. Duties will include:

  • Management of the facility, yard, etc overseeing recycling activities
  • Ensuring adherence to Health & Safety
  • Toolbox talks
  • Staff Management - reviews, performance management, etc
  • Reporting on a monthly basis
  • Ensuring plant and machinery is maintained
The successful candidate will have: -
  • WAMITAB / COTC (at least part qualified with willingness to undergo the rest of the training)
  • IOSH
