Job Description

I am excited to be working with one of our very exhilarating clients that is a leading global provider of mining and quarrying solutions and is undergoing rapid growth and change. They are looking for a confident, driven and extremely hands-on Demand & Supply Planning Lead on 4-month FTC basis (with potential to permanent) to support the end-to-end planning function, including capacity & materials planning, scheduling optimisation and supporting S&OP/IBP development.Im on a look out for a well-rounded supply chain professional with an excellent understanding of planning processes and systems. You will be an absolute superstar with SAP & MRP systems, tech savvy and an incredibly analytical mind. You will also have very strong relationship building skills, excellent stakeholder management skills and be ready to roll up your sleeves and not afraid of a challenge.Day to day bits:

  • Support planning of deliveries with transport operators based on materials planning management
  • Overseeing schedule & capacity planning between supply & distribution
  • Manging inventory and production movements
  • Controlling the daily MRP and DRP processes
  • Analyse demand plan & work into a periodical regional supply plan
  • Deal with large data sets for a high number of SKUs on SAP
    • We are looking for:
  • Minimum 4 years in Supply & Demand planning in FMCG
  • Advanced Excel skills and high proficiency in SAP
  • Inventory management & knowledge of procurement experience
  • Experience
  • Bachelors degree in a relevant field (Business, Supply Chain, Logistics etc) is a must
  • A problem solver, who enjoys data crunching with a lot of ambition and courage to make executive decisions
