Job Description

Personal Debt AdviserPersonal Debt Adviser required for immediate start with a small, very well established FCA Auhtorised Debt Management Company, based in West Didsbury, Manchester.The role will include:

  • Exploration of all debt options and implications to enable the customer to make an informed decision.
  • Delivery of a high quality service with appropriate FCA compliant advice.
  • Adherence to Treating Customers Fairly (TCF) and to demonstrate empathy and good listening skills.
  • Respond to any client or creditor queries in a timely manner via all communication mediums.
  • Maintain case notes and records accurately and comprehensively.
  • Maintain product knowledge and pass ongoing monthly compliance assessments.
  • Conduct Annual Reviews
  • Conduct Credit Control calls
    • Hours:- 39.5 per weekRemuneration & Benefits:-
  • £26,000 per annum plus uncapped commission (OTE 28-30k).
  • 21 Days Holiday Pay (Plus Bank Holidays). Increases with each year of service.
