Already at 150 headcount and continuing to grow they are already working with the likes of Three, Vodafone, Sky to name a few.They provide a truly unique platform that helps global brand names manage their end-to-end hiring, training and culture through automation, AI and the latest advancements in technology. As a result of their UK and European team expansion they are currently looking to hire an experienced Systems Administrator to work remotely in UK as part of their global Systems Admin team. Their global work force is remote with quarterly meet ups.Overview of Associate Databse Administrator RoleThe Database Administrator (DBA) will be responsible for the implementation, configuration, maintenance, and performance of critical database systems to ensure the availability and consistent performance of ourdigital hiring platform. This is a “hands-on” position requiring solid technical skills, as well as excellent interpersonal and communication skills. The DBA will report to our Senior Database Architect and will work closely with the infrastructure team.Responsibilities:The successful candidate will be responsible for the deployment, monitoring, and management of database systems, including SQL Server, MySQL, MongoDB, and potentially others. They will ensure operational readiness (security, health, and performance) to support ourdigital hiring platform, perform database migrations, and support multiple development teams during deployment and troubleshooting activities. They will also collaborate with the Senior Database Architect on proof of concepts, tactical projects, and strategic initiatives. Must be capable of working independently and collaboratively.
