Data warehouse DeveloperHybrid role Office in ManchesterSalary up to £70.000 dependant on experienceResponsibilities

Successful end to end delivery of MI data to the business
Develop knowledge to become SME on Data warehouse
Design / implementation / maintenance of data warehouseWorking with the MI Dev Team to enhance the data model to bring new data streams into DW
Focussing on the efficiencies on the efficiencies of ETL processing including the creation, promotion & maintenance of coding and data standards
Identifying & communicating the value of additional data streams into the DW
Advise on how new data streams can be integrated into the current data model
Recommend and implement smarter ways of providing the data in a timely manor
To help ensure that day-to-day data processing completes, to agreed timelines with no failures.

Experience

Minimum of 3 years Experience in an MI Developer role
Experience of data modelling principles
Experience of data quality management concepts
Essential Experience of SAS code and use of SAS EG
Essential Experience of SAS DI studio
Optional SAS Viya Experience
Proactive problem-solving skills
Detailed data analysis and presentation skills
Excellent communication skills, able to translate technical detail into simple language that non-technical people can understand
