Job Description

This position requires a dedicated Data Protection Lead capable of navigating the complexities of data security within a professional services setting. The role is situated within the compliance team of a well-established firm and requires diligent, detail-orientedwork.Client DetailsOur client is a top-tier law firm, recognised for its exceptional legal expertise.   • Lead data protection efforts in line with company policies and regulations
  • Assisting the Head of Risk & Compliance with cyber liability insurance renewal
  • Supporting compliance analysts with complex data protection queries
  • Carry out data protection and cyber security audits and risk assessments
  • Develop and implement data protection training for staff
  • Liaise with stakeholders on data protection matters
  • Manage data protection breaches and incidents
  • Maintain data protection records and documentation
  • Advise on data protection impact assessments
  • Keep abreast of changes in data protection laws and regulations
ProfileA successful Data Protection Lead should have:
  • A strong understanding of data protection laws and regulations
  • Experience in a similar role within a professional services setting
  • Ability to conduct data protection audits and risk assessments
