Role - Data Architect Location - Manchester (Remote / Hybrid options possible) Salary - up to £80,000 plus benefits package including a significant Bonus.Work Pattern - Hybrid / Remote Options. The CompanyWe are looking for Data Architect to join a very well-established company and data team. They have a huge amount of data, its one of the strategic pillars of the company and they are heavily investing in a new system, which will be a vast improvement andthis role will help to design and then own that system. They do an awful lot with data, its a huge asset to the business and they have a large number of people who have access to their data systems for analytical and insight purposes.What we are looking for is someone to take them to a modern system for their current.The RoleThis is an amazing opportunity for an architect to fully own the design, development and implementation of a new system and exploit the benefits that modern, cloud native data systems can offer.We are looking for someone to join at the early stages of a migration to a new system, we need someone to have a big impact on the high level design and plan of build for this system and add expertise in data modelling to the group.Essentially this role is the solution architect for the data team.You will be working in a smaller sub-team of 3 but part of a much wider Data and Analytics function which includes Engineering, Data Science and Analytics.Responsibilities.
