Job Description

Central Employment are working in partnership with a global digital insights and analytics agency based in Manchester. Due to demand of their data and analytics services, they have a new opportunity for a Data & Analytics Associate Director.Purpose of the Data & Analytics Associate Director: As Data & Analytics Associate Director you will work with our clients and internal teams to understand their data challenges, present our solutions, and manage delivery as required. You will be continually developing commercial expertise in yourself in various disciplines, such as analytics, ad tech, reporting and visualisation, attribution, and feeds and structured data.Responsibilites of the Data & Analytics Associate Director:

  • Increase the adoption of Data & Analytics solutions amongst the group by understanding their requirements and gaps in the capabilities
  • Educate the team and wider business on the Data & Analytics solutions and processes
  • Develop your team, empower and enable them to be successful in their career progression
  • Contribute to the long-term strategy for the Data & Analytics department
  • Supporting others to line manage and enable all to reach their potential.
  • Act as a strategic driver of our product, to deliver innovative solutions and ideas for clients
  • To be the point of escalation for clients where required
  • To support new business acquisition which are commercially sound and deliver growth
    • Essential experience:
  • Robust experience in a technical marketing, digital performance role
  • Prior experience implementing technical data solutions such as DoubleClick, Google Tag Manager, or Google Analytics
  • Willingness and passion to learn about all things data’, and to problem solve for clients leveraging the expertise in the Data & Analytics team
  • People leading and development experience
  • Worked within a digital, data driven agency settting
    • Skills required:
  • Aspiration to lead and develop the growing team
  • Ability to prioritise and manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Passionate about the internet, technology, and keeping track of new developments within the industry
  • Aptitude to build and maintain strong working relationships.
  • Ability to work well under pressure or to time critical deadlines.
  • Very good communicator, comfortable with presenting to clients.
  • Highly skilled in analytics and problem solving, with a keen eye for attention to detail
