Job Description

Job DescriptionWorking within a Dynamics365 developers team to help with the ongoing maintenance and development of the groups Dynamics365 and Power Platform including the integration solutions.This role also provides end user and business support when system problems are reported.The role is customer facing and will require excellent communication skills to ensure the business requirements are correctly translated into working solutions and that quick resolutions are found when issues arise.Role & Responsibilities

  • Review, validate and approve technical solution design in collaboration with the Dynamics 365 architects.
  • Support Developing of Power Platform methodologies and procedures to ensure quality and repeatability. With a focus on Apps, Automate and Dataverse.
  • Create credible estimates to complete discrete elements of Technical work including all required activities such as testing, documentation and deployment.
  • Updating and feeding back to Head of Technical.
  • Involvement in pre-sale activities from time to time, such as high-level scoping and building proof of concept demonstrations.
  • Ability to perform high-level scoping of Customer requirements.
  • Supporting consultants in functional and technical requirements gathering workshops with customers.
  • Design outline functional and technical solutions (proposals) to meet specific requirements and to fill gaps.
  • Demonstrate the functional and technical solutions to customers and prospects.
  • Deliver both administrator and end user functional/technical training workshops for customers.
  • Provide and receive internal coaching in order to maintain technical knowledge and consultancy capability i.e. responsibility for self-development.
  • Participate in knowledge share activities to assess, evaluate and recommend Partner solutions to support common business requirements.
  • Maintain and improve relevant knowledge, skills and qualifications.
  • Work primarily as part of a forward-thinking team but with the ability to work on client sites when required
  • Maintain a balance between technical product capability, prospects requirements and commercial reality.
Skills & Qualifications
  • In-depth knowledge of Dynamics 365 platform including Customer Service, Marketing, and Customer Insights modules.
  • In-depth knowledge of Power Platform solutions, Dataverse and their capabilities.
  • Demonstrable knowledge and expertise in deploying, configuring, administering, and managing Microsoft Dynamics.
  • Knowledge of other Microsoft products including Office 365, Azure and DevOps
  • Ability to get to the heart of operational business needs and translate these into technical system design and implementation plans.
  • Strong problem-solving ability.
  • Ability to communicate technical concepts clearly and effectively to a non-technical audience and excite them about the possibilities and benefits of the Dynamics platform.
  • A flexible, enthusiastic approach to work with the ability to remain composed under pressure.
  • C#, JavaScript and SQL.
